  • Review and acceptance of a detailed outline of emergency responder safety training needs, prioritization of training modules and identification of existing training materials suitable for inclusion
  • Agreement on criteria and identification of candidates for regional emergency responder alternative energy safety training academies
  • Development of a budget to publish and distribute the materials and also to equip the regional training academies
